Dear Scott:

   It would be a good idea if you tell us what version of the software you
are trying to install, your Operating System, and what versions of the
software that is required for HylaFAX to run you currently have.

   It would help also if you mention what type of errors or complications
you are getting when installing the software.

   It may be useful if you check the FAQ. You might be having the same
problems as other people may have had.
