[hylafax-devel] Hylafax ftp protocol

I must have been wrong. Version v4.0pl2 did not
compile at all and I was unable to understand all the
messages/errors in the output.

but I found
ftp://ftp.hylafax.org/hylafax/binary/linux/tar/hylafax-i386-linux-v4.0pl2-1.
tar.gz
which I installed and it seems to be working.. I do get some strange results
from the JOB command when job finishes (empty line i think?
but that happens only once for each job, next time I send "JOB" command
I get "DONE") but no SIGNAL 11 and the server is not disconnected. But now I
do not get anything in /var/log/messages?

Also.. if I use sendfax (trying to send /etc/passwd for testing) i get:
/usr/local/sbin/textfmt: No font metric information found for
"Courier-Bold".
Usage: /usr/local/sbin/textfmt [-1] [-2] [-B] [-c] [-D] [-f fontname] [-m N]
[-o
 #] [-p #] [-r] [-U] [-Ml=#,r=#,t=#,b=#] [-V #] files... >out.ps
Default options: -f Courier -1 -p 11bp -o 0
Error converting data; command was "/usr/local/sbin/textfmt -B -f
Courier-Bold -
p 11 -s default >/tmp//faxsnda01062 </etc/passwd"

But this does not seem to bother my client, faxes are sent properly at
the moment. So I'm now happy at the moment.
