You can fix this on the server-side or on the mail-client-side. Fix it
in the mail client by telling the mail client to not send HTML mail to
the fax server.
Fix it on the server-side by creating a text/html MIMEConverter which
does nothing.

You probably want to use the faxmail -N and -T options.
