Well the issue isn't the conversion process. The problem is, it is sending both the HTML e-Mail and the source code to it. So instead of a 1 page fax. It send 4 total. 1 for the email and 3 for the source code.

All I need to do is figure out how to turn "off" the verbose for the html source code so all the receiver gets is just the email and not the source code.

I see a flow in your process, since faxmail doesn't use at all
typerules. This configuration file is used by sendfax for converting
documents prior to submit them to hylafax. famail does the same job,
converting documents prior to send them to hylafax, but only accept a
few mime type. Check faxmail manual page in order to review the mime
type accepted and the email format.
