[hylafax-users] More then 12 redials ?

I'm trying to make Hylafax dial 20 times for each fax, but it stops after 12 dials.
The command I'm using (to a number allways busy)
sendfax -I 5 -h ttyS4@xxxxxxxxx -k "now + 48 hours" -P 50 -T 50 -D -n -f "elirani@xxxxxxxxx" -d 031234567 ~/1page.pdf

my config file includes :

What am I doing wrong here ? Why is it stopping after 12 dialing attempts ?
