I have a question about writing FaxModify scripts. FaxModify is supposed to provide a means of pre-processing documents before transmission but how can I get the original document path in the fist place? Could some one please clarify what parameters are supplied to the script. It does seem though that the script only receives a "ps" parameter but no document path or job id.

The first part of the script could do something like check if the document's submitted are candidates for conversion and if matched positively then run your conversion process.

hfaxd only accepts Postscript, PDF, TIFF, and sometimes PCL.
