[hylafax-users] hylafax HylaFAX[8600]: Could not create dev/null: Operation not permitted

 Hallo @all,

i have some trouble with the deamon - he works in a freebsd 8.1 jail and 
is root.
the virtuell filesystem
devfs on /mnt/jail/hylafax/dev (devfs, local, multilabel)
fdescfs on /mnt/jail/hylafax/dev/fd (fdescfs)
procfs on /mnt/jail/hylafax/proc (procfs, local)


the /dev path has the follwing entries:

fd      null    pts     stderr  stdout  zero
log     ptmx    random  stdin   urandom


what can i do to solve this problem?
