I am using the same client on HylaFAX 6.0.4 without any problem, so I
believe you are facing something related to SuSE version of hylafax
package. Could you please explain what you mean by "hylafax 6.0.4 which
dropped support for the client connections"? Could it just be a firewall
problem on the SuSE machine? What error message do you get in YajHFc
when connecting to the server?
