Re: [hylafax-users] two problem is not able to solve in Hylafax+ 5.4.2 with Fedora 13

For #1, configure Outlook to send in plain-text only. For #2 see my reply to the same question you posted previously.

Thanks,

Lee.

Hello;
I can use mail2fax and sendfax function on Hylafax+ 5.4.2 with Fedora 13 and Ghostscript 8.71, however I am still facing two issues that do not know how to solve, if someone can help that is great.

   1. When sending email to Hylafax+ server from Outlook, the html
      body like below will be sent to fax machine too, the contents in
      the email body is fine.
   2. Cannot start the modem automatically everytime the server
      reboot, I have to issue “faxmodem ttyS1” command, otherwise the
      fax job will be in “w” = wait status. I tried to use
      /etc/inittab file for respawn the faxgetty command but no help.

Below is what I got from the fax machine after using Outlook to email fax.
