One of my users is having problems sending faxes to our hylafax lines. The offending party consistently gets "Error 344" from their HP Officejet 6310 multifunction. Fax error 344 error appears to be related to line disconnect. It can be caused by poor quality phone lines, and sender/receiver incompatibility - and I'm wondering if it isn't the later. This site can fax just fine to other locations, just not to any of our hylafax lines. We're running hylafax 4.3.2 (yeah, I know - we need to upgrade) on FreeBSD. We've using MT5600ZDX and MT5634ZBA modems via a USB adapter. I had the user send a handful of subsequent faxes to one of our lines (not the one she normally sends to, a test line).
