[hylafax-users] Hylafax asking for password

I have two Lucid machines running Hylafax; one asks for a password on
EVERYTHING, including, e.g., faxstat, and the other doesn't. I much
prefer the second machine's behavior. How do I encourage the first 
machine to behave like the second machine?
