[hylafax-users] html header faxed on Hylafax+ 5.4.2

I am testing "email2fax" with a pdf file attachment on my new Hylafax+ 5.4.2 in lab, I am using Outlook Web Access to send email with a pdf file, the fax is ok to send but I found the following html header on my email message body page.

<head>
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content-"text/html;charset-iso-8859-1">
<style title="owaParaStyle">P{
      MARGIN-TOP: Opx; MARGIN-BOTTOM; Opx
}
</style>
</head>
<body ocs1="x">

....
</font>
</body>
</html>
 
What would cause this happen?  And how can I get rid of it?
