Ah, that was fixed in 2007, and was included in HylaFAX 4.3.3, released
March 2, 2007.

  commit 2f798ff30c4db07fe46e69867d6e374b1f5e83e9
  Author: Aidan Van Dyk <aidan@xxxxxxxx>
  Date: Tue Feb 20 15:14:07 2007 +0000

Bug 849: notify "rejected" templates are wrongly called notify-reject.txt

They should be called notify-rejected, because the state is "rejected",
    not "reject".
