Re: [hylafax-users] many different CID/TSI number formats

These come from the remote fax machines - they are completely outside of
your control.
I suppose you could start a campaign getting people to use a consistent
format...

Subject: [hylafax-users] many different CID/TSI number formats

Hello,

i am using hylafax 6.0.4 on linux - centos 5 with Dialogic Diva Analog-4
PCIe v1

when receiving incomming faxes, the sender is identified in many
different ways - example :

c000001956:Mar 29 18:07:25.13: [ 3562]: REMOTE TSI "577054123"
c000001957:Mar 30 07:13:25.45: [ 3562]: REMOTE TSI "+420551238905"
c000001959:Mar 30 09:12:21.58: [ 3562]: REMOTE TSI "+420571233780"
c000001960:Mar 30 09:20:06.38: [ 3562]: REMOTE TSI ""
c000001962:Mar 30 09:40:07.50: [ 3562]: REMOTE TSI "595136123"
c000001973:Mar 30 10:14:54.09: [ 3562]: REMOTE TSI "475226123"
c000001981:Mar 30 10:32:32.18: [ 3562]: REMOTE TSI "00420 123 224040"
c000001993:Mar 30 11:51:15.19: [ 3562]: REMOTE TSI "+420481233274"
c000001995:Mar 30 12:14:04.75: [ 3562]: REMOTE TSI "IIN Group CZ 3"

is there any way to get any consistent output - for example
international number format like +111222333444 ,
with no spaces or strings .. ? (numbers are mostly from one country.)

Regards Martin
