[hylafax-users] Font metrics for plain text sending, and sending only a cover page

I have been trying to test out my new cover page, but two problems  
have arisen.

If I try to fax a plain text file, I get this:

textfmt: No font metric information found for "Courier-Bold".
Usage: textfmt [-1] [-2] [-B] [-c] [-D] [-f fontname] [-F fontdir(s)]  
[-m N] [-o #] [-p #] [-r] [-U] [-Ml=#,r=#,t=#,b=#] [-V #] files...  
>out.ps
Default options: -f Courier -1 -p 11bp -o 0
Error converting document; command was "textfmt -B -f  
Courier-Bold	-Ml=0.4in -p 11 -s default >'/tmp//sndfaxsaZ2lK'  
<'filename'

It looks like I need to rebuild font metrics, but I don't know how to do that.

My cover page has a good comment space for short notes, but when I use  
sendfax, I have to send a file too. How could I send just the cover  
page? (if possible)
