[hylafax-users] Remove header from fax and tiff2pdf does not work.

When a fax is sent from the fax server, the header is also sent.  How to
I remove the header information from the fax?  Also, the tiff2pdf does
not work right.  The pdf sent is scrambled into 11 pages.  How can I fax
that.  What configuration  files are these two situation located?
