The modem is told to listen for V.21 HDLC.  It claims to detect it, but 
then indicates that only corrupt data was received.  So if it was V.21 
HDLC then the audio was badly distorted.

This repeats a number of times in your session log.  So it would seem 
that either the modem is broken or the audio is actually corrupt.

That said, you are using an Eicon Diva, and due to the way that they 
work you really should run this in Class 2/2.0.
