Looking at the log it is obvious that the audio quality on the call is
very poor. Are you running your IAX audio leg over an actual network
link (where jitter will occur)?
The sender is aborting because it's giving up. It's trying to deliver
the data, but after many retries it can't seem to do it, and so it gives up.
If this poor audio quality only happens with this particular sender then
you can expect that the problem is on the sender's end. Otherwise, you
have the problem on yours.
