Ok now i have gotten two different responses to this question.

How do i set up the server to send all incomming faxs to a specified email address?

following lines:
FILETYPE=tif;
SENDTO=FaxMaster;

is the notation in the documentation.

one response said to simply replace "fax master" with the email addy as in

following lines:
FILETYPE=tif;
SENDTO=the@xxxxxxxxx;

and the other dicussed adding users to a file

SENDTO=FaxMaster; " ---- This line allows you to send the pdf/tiff file to 
'FaxMaster' user, generally the default user. This user is mapped to  another 
system user in "/etc/aliases" file. When you will see the last line of 
/etc/aliases files, you will see "faxmaster: root". Here you can include 
your own system user. For instance "faxmaster: root, sumit". Now all the faxes will be emailed to sumit user..

This second example seems to hold some merit but does not tell me where i enter the email address i want the tiff/pdf files to go

I am still amazingly confused
