Re: [hylafax-users] Error Correction

Suppose my next couple of questions would be this:-

Does anybody know if the usr sportster 56k model 0701 supports error correction?

The other question would be about the modem config.tty file

In the config file none of the parameters have double quotes round them, but the example in the hylafax documentation does - do the quotes make any difference?

Is

Class2DCCQueryCmd:     "!(0,1),(0-5),(0-4),(0-2),(0),(0-3),(0),(0-7)"

The same as

Class2DCCQueryCmd:     !(0,1),(0-5),(0-4),(0-2),(0),(0-3),(0),(0-7)

?

Thx

It means tat it wasnt enabled for the call. Likely one side or the other wasnt configured to allow it or couldnt support it for some reason. It is typical to disable this when either side is using VoIP lines.
