[hylafax-users] FAXGETTY not receiving fax

Am running hylafax-5.2.1-1 on redhat 9.

While you call the fax line , it rings 2 times, then you hear faxtone for 7 seconds then the faxtone disconnects while receiving fascimile.


On messages log file , i can see as below:

On tail -f /var/log/messages
FaxGetty[1913]: ANSWER: FAX CONNECTION  DEVICE '/dev/ttyS0'


what is causing the line disconnection?
