Make sure that you specify "when done" notification with the job 
submission.  So, for example, with 'sendfax' you'd use the "-D" option.

In /var/spool/hylafax/etc/FaxDispatch put a line:

SENDTO=your@xxxxxxxxxx

POP info for SMTP?  If you have to do POP before SMTP then this is 
configuration that you'd do with your system mailer (sendmail. postfix, 
exim...) and isn't really HylaFAX-specific.  You'd be better-off looking 
for help with that in forums for that specific mailer.
