You can actually get HylaFAX to log the "binary" bytes it sends the
modem; in the per-device config, use:

	TracingMask:	0x00010
	SessionTracing: 0xFFFFF

TracingMask needs to come immediately before SessionTracing, and the
resulting logs will be large...

Also, HylaFAX elies on ghostscript to "re-render" tiffs that need to be
resized or have the vertical resolution changed.  I'm assuming you've
verified that the rendered document is correct?
