Re: [hylafax-users] Faxgetty - how to modify informations written to received tiff file

There are some info in the tiff, which can be read by "faxinfo" command.
I would like to modify those
CALLID1
CALLID2
......
records
Is it posible with some command?
HylaFAX+ will write CALLIDs into the TIFF tags (and thus displayed on
the faxinfo output) if you have CallIDRecord set "true" (which is the
default) for that CallID option in your modem config file.
Or (preferably) is it possible to modify informations that faxgetty read from modem?
No, I don't think that there is a way to do this presently. However,
there are libtiff tools to modify tags so it could be done after-the-fact.
Thanks,
Lee.
