Because faxsend went to open up the fax document to send the fax image 
data and there was no fax document to send.

It means that faxq erred in passing this job on to faxsend, but 
more-relevant, perhaps, is that the client program submitted a non-fax job.

You're probably using the wrong printer driver with your fax client.
