pass "real time" to notify?
It's the difference between transmit time and job time. Transmit time
is the time between the initial CONNECT or +FCO following ATDT and the
disconnect/hangup. Job time includes the time dialing and initial
carrier handshaking that comes before CONNECT/+FCO.
