[hylafax-users] Light weight web interface

I am a single user of a Hylafax server.
I needed an easy way to setup a web interface so that I could view
faxes via a browser, and also send faxes from a remote location.
I didn't see anything suitable ... so I wrote my own.
It's very simplistic and allows for the following

Read faxes thru the web ( first page only )
Delete faxes
Download faxes
Send faxes using a REST type interface

more could be readily added.

The whole thing including sources and binary is less than 1/2 mb.  It
does not alter an existing Hylafax configuration.
