When you will send with the analog modem, dont use this line.

> SendFaxCmd:             /usr/bin/c2faxsend


added in your configfile

ModemGroup:           analog:ttyS0

and then use sendfax witch the -h command

/path/to/sendfax   -h 'analog@xxxxxxxxxxx'
