Hello Alexander,

does the rchylafax script start c2faxrecv? (On Debian Linux there are
different startup scripts "hylafax" and "capi4hylafax".)
Look which script is responsible for starting and stopping c2faxrecv. If
c2faxrecf is started by rchylafax then look how it's supposed to stop
this process. If not, call the correct script to stop it.
