Hello Everyone, I have read extensively the List for setting up caller ID. We are using Hylafax 4.4.4 using the Accura Conexant chipset. I made sure that the call id information was being sent to the device by attaching a phone and watching the info pass to it. Below is the ttyS0 config and the log associated with the call. I have read the manufactures site as well as similiar setups on the list. Can anyone give advice on what I could do to find out why the info is not being passed. ttys0 config: CountryCode: 1 AreaCode: xxx FAXNumber: xxx.xxx LongDistancePrefix: 1 InternationalPrefix: 011 DialStringRules: etc/dialrules ServerTracing: 1 SessionTracing: 11 RecvFileMode: 0600 LogFileMode: 0600 DeviceMode: 0600 RingsBeforeAnswer: 3 ModemResetCmds: AT+VCID=1 CallIDPattern: "NMBR=" CallIDPattern: "NAME=" SpeakerVolume: off GettyArgs: "-h %l dx_%s" LocalIdentifier: xxxFAX TagLineFont: etc/lutRS18.pcf TagLineFormat: "From %%l|%c|Page %%P of %%T" MaxRecvPages: 25 FaxRcvdCmd: bin/faxrcvd.php NotifyCmd: bin/notify.php # # # Modem-related stuff: should reflect modem command interface # and hardware connection/cabling (e.g. flow control). # ModemType: Class1 # use this to supply a hint ModemRate: 19200 # rate for DCE-DTE communication ModemFlowControl: rtscts # default # ModemNoFlowCmd: AT&K0 # setup no flow control ModemHardFlowCmd: AT&K3 # setup hardware flow control ModemSoftFlowCmd: AT&K4 # setup software flow control ModemSetupDTRCmd: AT&D2 # setup so DTR drop resets modem ModemSetupDCDCmd: AT&C1 # setup so DCD reflects carrier (or not) # ModemMfrQueryCmd: !Rockwell ModemModelQueryCmd: !RC288DPi ModemRevQueryCmd: ATI3 # product information # ModemDialCmd: ATDT%s # T for tone dialing Log of the call: [ 2565]: SESSION BEGIN 000000039 1xxxxxxxxxx [ 2565]: HylaFAX (tm) Version 4.4.4 [ 2565]: <-- [4:ATA\r] [ 2565]: --> [7:CONNECT] [ 2565]: ANSWER: FAX CONNECTION DEVICE '/dev/ttyS0' [ 2565]: RECV FAX: begin [ 2565]: <-- data [32] [ 2565]: <-- data [2] [ 2565]: --> [7:CONNECT] [ 2565]: <-- data [23] [ 2565]: <-- data [2] [ 2565]: --> [7:CONNECT] [ 2565]: <-- data [13] [ 2565]: <-- data [2] [ 2565]: --> [2:OK] [ 2565]: <-- [9:AT+FRH=3\r] [ 2565]: --> [7:CONNECT] [ 2565]: --> [2:OK] [ 2565]: REMOTE wants 14400 bit/s [ 2565]: REMOTE wants A4 page width (215 mm) [ 2565]: REMOTE wants unlimited page length [ 2565]: REMOTE wants 3.85 line/mm [ 2565]: REMOTE wants 2-D MMR [ 2565]: REMOTE wants T.30 Annex A, 256-byte ECM [ 2565]: RECV recv DCS (command signal) [ 2565]: RECV training at v.17 14400 bit/s [ 2565]: <-- [11:AT+FRM=145\r] [ 2565]: --> [7:CONNECT] [ 2565]: RECV: TCF 2753 bytes, 1% non-zero, 2702 zero-run [ 2565]: --> [10:NO CARRIER] [ 2565]: <-- [9:AT+FRS=7\r] [ 2565]: --> [2:OK] [ 2565]: TRAINING succeeded [ 2565]: <-- [9:AT+FTH=3\r] [ 2565]: --> [7:CONNECT] [ 2565]: <-- data [3] [ 2565]: <-- data [2] [ 2565]: --> [2:OK] [ 2565]: <-- [11:AT+FRM=146\r] [ 2565]: --> [7:CONNECT] [ 2565]: RECV received frame number 0 [ 2565]: RECV received frame number 1 [ 2565]: RECV received frame number 2 [ 2565]: RECV received RCP frame [ 2565]: --> [10:NO CARRIER] 2565]: <-- [9:AT+FRH=3\r] [ 2565]: --> [7:CONNECT] [ 2565]: --> [2:OK] [ 2565]: RECV recv PPS (partial page signal) [ 2565]: RECV recv EOP (no more pages or documents) [ 2565]: RECV received 3 frames of block 1 of page 1 [ 2565]: RECV: 713 bytes of data, 1048 total lines [ 2565]: <-- [9:AT+FRS=7\r] [ 2565]: --> [2:OK] [ 2565]: <-- [9:AT+FTH=3\r] [ 2565]: --> [7:CONNECT] [ 2565]: <-- data [3] [ 2565]: <-- data [2] [ 2565]: --> [2:OK] [ 2565]: RECV send MCF (message confirmation) [ 2565]: RECV FAX (000000039): from <UNSPECIFIED>, page 1 in 0:15, INF, 3.85 line/mm, 2-D MMR, 14400 bit/s Jul 17 19:49:03.66: [ 2565]: RECV FAX (000000039): recvq/fax000000019.tif from <UNSPECIFIED>, route to <unspecified>, 1 pages in 0:16 [ 2565]: <-- [9:AT+FRH=3\r] 2565]: --> [7:CONNECT] [ 2565]: --> [2:OK] [ 2565]: RECV recv DCN (disconnect) [ 2565]: RECV FAX: bin/faxrcvd.php "recvq/fax000000019.tif" "ttyS0" "000000039" "" [ 2565]: RECV FAX: end [ 2565]: SESSION END ____________________ HylaFAX(tm) Users Mailing List _______________________ To subscribe/unsubscribe, click http://lists.hylafax.org/cgi-bin/lsg2.cgi On UNIX: mail -s unsubscribe hylafax-users-request@xxxxxxxxxxx < /dev/null *To learn about commercial HylaFAX(tm) support, mail sales@xxxxxxxxx*
