Many fax senders interpret RTN either as a confirmation (much like MCF)
or as a trigger for an abort. So this "+FHNG: 100" is probably just
indicating that the sender hung up or disconnected.
However, the bigger issue is the "page" consisting of nothing more than
an incomplete RTC. You may want to bring this up with Eicon. However,
if you send me a copy of the TIFF file from recvq then I can see what
can be done about fixing tiff2pdf to at least produce a valid PDF.
As a workaround you may want to try using tiffsplit to break apart the
multipage TIFF into individual pages, then tiffcp to rejoin the valid
pages, and then process it with tiff2pdf.
