If you have to completely migrate to a new server (the old one will be 
killed), you can consider in editing the hylafax/sendq/seqf file in new 
server and adjust the integer number to one unit more you find in the 
old server.
The same is for incoming faxes (hylafax/recvq/seqf) and for log 
(hylafax/log/seqf)
