ttyS0 = a old USR pci fax/modem - which worked perfectly in a previous
hylafax server that the hd died
I have also tried a USR new external fax/modem w/ the same results.
Phone line is a POTS??? - normal copper wire line and worked w/
previous hylafax server (old hylafax server was a version from 5+ yrs
ago)
Possible issues - i was running a beta version of hylafax 5.2.3-1 rpm
which I uninstalled and installed stable over. - also I installed
avantfax and don't know how to get rid of it.
