[hylafax-users] Unable to receive fax: Carrier Not Detected

Hi 
I am not sure why this is happening or whether it has anything
to do with my iaxmodem setup.  When receiving a fax via iaxmodem, I got
an error message saying chan_iax2.c:7542 socket_process: Call rejected by 127.0.0.1: Busy

From faxstat -s, I get:
