I fixed a couple of issues in HylaFAX+ that are directly related to this 
matter.  Please test HylaFAX+ 5.2.2, and I expect that you'll see a 
different outcome... but if not... at least then you're at a place where 
I'll be able to work with you on figuring out what the problems are.  
I'd then have you follow the same diagnostic steps that I outline in 
this previous post:
