Thanks for the reply. This path does exist, but I dont believe the PDF file actually exist. Basically this file is suppose to be created by ghostscript when you tell the program to print to the virtual fax printer. Within FrogFax there is an option that says View PDF attachment and it says that file doesnt exist. This file has the same name as the filename in the error below, so that would explain why it can't open it, because it isn't there. It does create that filename as a PostScript file, but not a PDF. I am not sure if this is an issue with GhostScript or FrogFax. I am running it as administrator and the Print Spooler is set to run as local user, which in this case would be administrator.

"local system account" is a special account, it is not administrator.
