The only documentation on the hfaxd protocol is gleaned from 'man 
hfaxd', 'man hylafax-client', 'man sendq', and the output of sendfax -vv.

From sendfax -vv when run on my system:

-> JPARM SENDTIME 200802131859
213 SENDTIME set to 20080213185900.
-> JPARM LASTTIME 000300
213 LASTTIME set to 000300.
