[hylafax-users] fax cover

Hi, I would like to know who I can to make a cover to put in my hylafax always I send a fax.
 
A cover with a logo, text, etc..... a custom cover if is posible.
 
I've been reading but i don't understand very well.
 
If somebody can explain to me........
