Hrmm... after sending TSI+DCS+TCF the receiver responds with
NSF+CSI+DIS. It looks like the receiver didn't hear us correctly.

It's really impossible to know what's going on, for sure, but having
both the receiver's and the sender's corresponding logs together would
help clarify things. However, it's almost certainly an audio corruption
problem. Is this that same phone line that you're having repaired?
