Hi Michael, I'd agree with you.... but given that Brooktrout/Eicon account for 95% of the digital fax market isn't that what matters ? The most successful digital implementations we have seen are E1/T1 channel banks with analog fax boards.... this removes the complexity of a PABX and can be a low cost solution.
