This is very odd. As far as I can see in the logs, it's not actually failing anywhere (though I may be misinterpreting the output)...and now "faxstat -s" shows "Running and idle", nevermind I have over 100 outbound jobs sitting in my queue.
Given the following output, is there anything obviously wrong? (BTW, thank you for such a prompt response; you guys have been very good every time I've mailed.)

We would need to see FaxQueuer logging at this point to know what the problem is. You would, thus, set SessionTracing:0xFFF in /var/spool/hylafax/config and restart faxq... and then look at the same log.
However, realize that there's been a lot done since 4.2.1. I advise that you install HylaFAX+ 5.2.0 and then see if the problem persists.
