I have Hylafax 4.4.3 recently installed. If I installs Hylafax+ 5.1.11 over my current hylafax 4.4.3 installation could be issues ?

I haven't kept a list of the differences with HylaFAX+ and 4.4.x, but I did for those releases contemporary with 4.3.x, and that's found here:
