[hylafax-users] distorted tif when viewed by eye-gnome

I am using hylafax-4.4.2-1fc7 on fedora 7. When the fax is viewed by eye-gnome 2.16.0.1, it is distorted (stretched horizontally, flattened).

but viewed by kodak imaging, it is ok.

If I want to convert it to jpg using imagemagick, the result jpg is also distorted as viewed by eye-gnome

Actually, I want to convert it to jpg correctly.
