[hylafax-users] No response to PPS repeated 3 times

My company has had a HylaFAX server running for several years now and the hardware running it had become markedly aged.  As the old server/modem had been having an increasing number of problems, we recently brought up a new server with a fresh install of HylaFAX and a new MultiTech modem from the recommended modem list.  The new server has been running relatively well, but we are seeing fax jobs fail related to PPS.  I’ve attached a log from a failed job (intact expect for the last four digits of the destination fax and one internal email address).  I’ve spent a couple hours browsing the archives but didn’t find a cause/solution for our issue (or if I did, I didn’t realize it when I read it).

 

Any suggestions on what might need changing?  Any additional details I can provide to help make resolving this easier?
