[hylafax-users] wierd faxes..

I am very very new to hylafax .. I just set up a server with iaxmodem 
connected to asterisk.. works great .. I have two people that send faxes 
out of a hundred that the faxes appear compressed overlapping the top 
few lines with each other , some in the middle and also at the bottom.  
Normally wouldn't be a problem but these are hospitals sending lab 
reports and the most important parts seem to be the ones with 
overlapping lines.. Setup is PRI---> *---> Hylafax ---Printer . We have 
sat * before a legacy NEC pbx which a fax machine is connected. When we 
take * and hylafax out of the loop and have faxes go from PRI 
--->NEC--->Fax they print out fine.  It has to have something to do with 
Asterisk because when the setup is PRI--->* ---->NEC---Fax we have the 
same problem. I have searched for about two weeks and found some 
problems with headers but nothing like I am seeing .. any help or ideas 
would be great.. Thanks..
