Well,

Looks like html2ps does not have much support for CSS styles. I suppose that is why it is HTML2ps. :) My bad.

Also looks like it doesn't accept inches in a table's height and width attributes.

Guess we have to choose a DPI setting, and then figure out how many pixels it will take to meet the 8.5inches x 11inches requirement.
