If "Elsa Microlink Fun" Modem is configured with class2 and 
any dial can't reach a outgoing line because of a misconfigured 
config.ttyS0! A ",0" was missing in dial command!

The right configuration of config.ttyS0 with ",0" in dial string:  ATDT,0
Without ",0"  the modem didn't get any tone, hangs up, makes error 
messages like Kill time expired, No carrier detected and mostly 
Blacklisted by modem and THEN DUPLICATS the jobs sometimes:
