[hylafax-users] Transmission Rate?

Hi All,

I have been using hylafax for receiving faxes for some time now, and 
have been testing the sending capabilities of it lately however the 
quality is quite poor.

I have sent it to a fax diagnostic number (1300 368 999 - run by telstra 
in australia) and the report i got back stated that i needed to adjust 
my Transmission level to between -15.0dBm to -17.0 dBm

How do i change these settings in hylafax?
