Still having problems after applying the patch.
The patch checks if the conf.t1Timer is greater than the waiting for
carrier time, right?
And 'conf.t1Timer' is equal to "Class1RecvIdentTimer" parameter, right?

I'm totally sure that the patch is applied but the modem still goes on
waiting for carrier.

Any advice?

Please, I need help.
