Thank you for the tip! My database was setup properly but PHP Pear Mail and Mail_Mime were not installed properly. All is working well now. Thank you!

Hi Tim,

Is your database setup properly?

Have you checked /var/log/httpd/error_log?

You should start to see information in your browser if you comment  
out the "error_reporting (E_ERROR);" line in includes/config.php.
